I created this product simply because I wanted to be able to consume a cottage cheese that wouldn't upset my stomach. No matter what cottage cheese I would try, I would fail to find a clean ingredient list in Canada. The ingredient list of store bought cottage cheese would have names that I could not pronounce, immediately causing a disruption in my gut. So, I took matters into my own hands - I started to play around with recipes to test not only what would be the best for my health but taste delicious. After swapping grocery store cottage cheese for my own, my stomach aches went away, I felt amazing since I knew what I was eating and, I also noticed my skin started to clear up. I always try and prioritize whole foods, heal my gut from the inside out to look and feel my best and the Three Sisters is exactly what I needed.
